Each ministry has its own co-ordinating team in different level. Most of the ministries are active at the regional level. However Campus, Teens, Nurses and Intercession ministries have co-ordinating teams in the National level. Campus Ministry
Campus Ministry is one of the vibrant ministries of Jesus Youth helping the youth in the campuses of India to experience and spread the love of Christ. As Jesus Youth grows and spreads its wings all over the nation campus ministry is also having fresh sprouts in different parts of the country. The major activities of the ministry include conducting initial retreats for campus students both inside and outside the campus, conducting prayer meetings, leadership formation and faith formation of campus students.
At National level the ministry organized leadership gatherings for consolidation of activities happening, networking and vision clarification. The major focus of the ministry at the national level is
- To organize initial programs at zonal level to reach out to new campuses, places and people.

Intercession Ministry
Intercession Ministry is actively functioning in the regions for many years. Recently a co-ordinating team for the intercession ministry has been formed at the National level with Mrs.Annie John as the co-ordinator. Parish Ministry
Through this ministry, young people are taking efforts to bring the youth to the Lord at the parish level. In Kerala , Karnataka, North-East and the North, parish ministry is very active. Professional Ministry
Professional Ministry is very active in the various regions. The ministry is active at two different levels: 1.Professional Students. 2.Working Professionals. Recently a ‘Professionals' Conference’ was held at Trichur in which more than 800 people participated. Working professionals are planning a ‘Working Professionals Conclave’ in January 2004. With the goal of giving formation to the youth for a life style of special option for the poor and the suffering, Jesus Youth have come up with initiatives in slums, prisons, orphanages and among street children. Pro-life
Jesus Youth pro-life ministry trains many young people to take a stand against the culture of death and to challenge others to take a stand for the same. There is also an effective infrastructure for conducting pro-life exhibitions. Music ministry
Music ministry is taking steps to lead young musicians to the Lord through different training programmes and music retreats. Through this ministry many young musicians are ready to commit their talents to the Lord. Audio Visual Ministry
Theatrical arts are used for youth formation and evangelisation and to communicate the message of Jesus through skits, mimes, choreography, video productions etc.. This ministry is taking a good initiative to use the media for evangelisation. Cultural Exchange program
Youth from various mission dioceses, especially the tribal belt were invited to Kerala for a one month exposure which included a retreat a live-in experience with Jesus Youth families and faith formation through catechesis and familiarization with our Catholic tradition. This project has been organized for the last three years. Formation Programmes
There are different level formation programmes. Jesus Youth fulltime volunteers - A year long formation programme for graduates with 40 days intensive training and one year commitment to work in different parts of the country. History makers - Jesus Youth life style orientation for teenagers (14-16 years). Discipleship training programs-A 12 days training programme for students of 16-19 years. Master builders - A 15 days life oriented leadership training programme for final year degree students. Junior Evangelisers Trainers Team (JETT) -A year long leadership formation with 4 to 5 training sessions without taking a full time
commitment. Parish / prayer group leaders training - Weekend training programme for prayer group leaders.
